Delivery is available within 25 miles of your selected Dream Dinners store. For any distance beyond 25 miles, an additional fee may be added after checkout.

Yes, you will need to be home to accept your order. During the order process, you will choose a 2-hour window for your delivery time, so you can ensure you will be home during this time. If the driver arrives and no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver will leave your order at your front door and take a photo before they leave. If the driver cannot leave your order for any reason, they may have to return your order back to the store. This will incur an additional return delivery fee and a possible restocking fee for your order.
You will choose a 2-hour delivery window when placing your order. Your delivery will arrive at your home during this time frame.
Your meals will be hard frozen overnight prior to your delivery day and will remain cold during the 2-hour delivery window.
Your meals will be packaged in our standard plastic zip top bags and aluminum pans. Orders will then be packed into recyclable plastic bags.
Yes, your driver will let you know when your dinners are on the way via a text message to the mobile number you provided. You may also receive an email from Dream Dinners sharing that your dinners have been picked up.
Once your order is picked up and during your delivery window, please reach out to your Roadie driver with any issues.
For any issues with your meals or rescheduling your order, please reach out to your local Dream Dinners store.
Please reach out to your local Dream Dinners store to reschedule. Reschedule/cancellation changes made with less than six days advance notice from the session date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If possible, the store will work with you to reschedule your session within the current menu month of your original session date without penalty. Delivery fees are non-refundable once they have been charged. If a new date is selected to deliver the order again, a new delivery fee may be charged.

Please note: In compliance with the "Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004" please note that Dream Dinners' facilities may contain Dairy, Eggs, Crustacean Shellfish, Fish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans and Sesame which account for most known allergens. Although Dream Dinners' store staff take appropriate safety measures, guests should be aware that cross contamination can occur among food products in store kitchens. The standard ingredients are available upon request from your local store, however, ingredient substitutions can be made at the store level due to regional availability. If guests feel that there may be a chance of allergens in any recipe, especially due to pre-made ingredients, they need to call the store to ask for specific nutritional information.

You do not need to tip your delivery driver. They receive a portion of your delivery fee as compensation.
