1.Preheat broiler or grill.
2.Place turkey mixture into mixing bowl with desired amount of red pepper flakes and combine until thoroughly blended.
3.Gently mix in feta cheese with burger mixture and form 6 small patties about ½-inch thick. Let patties rest 5 min. in the refrigerator.
4.Broil or grill turkey burgers 5-6 min. per side. (internal temp. 165°F.)
5.Toast buns under broiler or on grill (about 1 min.).
6.Top burgers with garlic and chive mayo and serve on toasted brioche buns with Sweet Potato Fries.
