1.In sauté pan over med-high heat add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add both bags of vegetables and sauté 5-6 min. Set aside.
2.In same pan, add sirloin and sauté 6-7 min. until fully cooked. Pour off any excess liquid.
3.Remove from heat and add cheese, folding into cooked sirloin to melt.
4.Toast buns under broiler 1-2 min. Evenly distribute veggies, top with beef and cheese mix.
