Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare San Francisco Vegetable Blend per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Heat large sauté pan over med. heat, spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Add Parmesan crust mixture. Stir constantly to toast to a golden brown, 2-3 min. Remove from pan and set aside.
3.Spray same pan with nonstick cooking spray, add chicken and brown 5-6 min. per side (internal temp 165°F).
4.Plate chicken and top with Parmesan crust. Serve with San Francisco Vegetable Blend.
