1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with burger seasoning. Portion into 3 equal patties. Indent the middle of each patty so that they cook evenly. Set aside in refrigerator for 5 min. to rest.
3. Heat small sauté pan on med-high heat and add mushroom mixture and cook for 6-8 min. Remove from heat.
4.Grill patties for 5-6 min. each side, in the final minute of cooking evenly divide the mushroom mixture on top of the burgers and top each burger with 1 slice of swiss cheese. Grill or broil 1 min or until the cheese has completely melted. Remove from heat.
5.Toast buns under broiler or grill for 1-2 min. or until golden brown.
6.Assemble burgers with brioche buns, patty with mushroom and cheese and spread top bun with herbed aioli. Enjoy!
